Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Next2 platform, which includes the website at next2.info and the mobile application (collectively: the "Platform"). The service provider is Next2 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością based in Władysławów, ul. Radosna 17, registered in the KRS under number 0001216264, VAT 1231595471, REGON 543698690 (the "Service Provider"). Contact: contact@next2.info. The contract for electronic services is concluded upon registration of an Account on the Platform. The Platform is intended for adults. Persons over 13 years of age may use it with the consent of a legal guardian.

§ 2. Technical Requirements

For the website: a current version of a browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with Cookies and JavaScript enabled. For the mobile app: a device running Android (ver. 8.0+) or iOS (ver. 14.0+). An active Internet connection and an email address or phone number.

§ 3. Services and Moderation (DSA Compliance)

The Platform enables the publication of local listings and requests for neighborly help. The Service Provider is merely an infrastructure provider (intermediary). It is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of goods and services offered by Users. Reporting content: Users may report illegal or rule-violating content via the dedicated report button or at contact@next2.info. The Service Provider handles reports without undue delay.

§ 4. Complaints and Withdrawal

Complaints regarding the Platform's operation should be submitted by email to contact@next2.info. Processing time is 14 days. A User who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of registration. Deleting the Account is equivalent to terminating the contract.
